What we need from you
Not much. Send us proof that you trade as a business and we will switch you on.
- Company details — legal name, legal form, business address and a named contact.
- Proof of trade — a legible file of whatever document registers your business in your country.
- VAT identification number — if your company is based in the EU.
- Type of operation — workshop, shop floor, web store or direct shipping to your end customers. That tells us which set-up will save you the most time.
One tip that saves a round of emails: enter your company name and address exactly as they appear on your registration. Form and document then match at first glance. We review what you send, we come back to you, and your account is ready to work.
What your trade account unlocks
Approval turns the catalogue into a tool. Every article carries your net price, its stock and its delivery time, so a customer job is priced on screen while the customer is still standing at your counter, instead of chasing availability part by part.
You are not tied to the shop window either. Inside your account you generate a token for our REST API and download the price list and the availability list as CSV or JSON. Orders come to you — or go out in neutral packaging straight to your end customer. We ship worldwide from Uetze with DHL Paket and DHL Express, and the shipping cost for every destination country is on the table before you order. Our shop runs in nine languages.
One account for the whole catalogue
Approval covers the entire range, not selected aisles. Spare parts and tuning make up the biggest block, alongside tyres, tools and workshop equipment, clothing and helmets, accessories and luggage, oils and chemicals. For motorcycles as much as for automatic scooters, mopeds, geared mopeds and classic Vespa — including machines other suppliers dropped long ago. Malossi, Polini, Naraku, KOSO, Athena, AFAM, D.I.D, RMS, Piaggio, Vespa, All Balls, Aprilia and MZA share one basket. What you would otherwise collect from several suppliers, you order here in one go.
