Motorcycle Parts API: Your Shop Knows What Ships Today

Motorcycle parts API for your shop and your ERP

Nobody keeps over 1.1 million parts from 347 brands current by hand. That is what the motorcycle parts API is for: your shop or your ERP pulls item data, your own net prices, stock levels and delivery times by itself — and sends orders back down the same line. You decide whether your system reads the full product data feed or asks about single items live. Running both together works too.

A product data feed that keeps your catalogue honest

The price list is built for your account. It is not a public sheet that everyone gets — it carries the net prices that apply to you. The availability list carries stock and delivery time per item, so your listings stop pointing at goods that nobody can ship right now.

Prices and stock sit in separate files. That sounds like a detail, and in daily use it is the whole difference: you refresh availability on your own rhythm without reloading the entire price base every time. Nobody pushes spreadsheets around any more, and in the morning your shop shows what is genuinely on today.

Wholesale product data interface: live when it counts

Some answers have to be right at the exact moment somebody clicks: on the product page, in the search box, in the basket just before checkout. For that your system asks about single items live and gets price, stock and delivery time exactly as they stand. The feed gives you breadth, the live call gives you certainty at the point of sale. Your customer stops buying things that went out of stock weeks ago.

Orders ride along

Ordering takes the same route: hand over the line items, create the order, check the status later. Nobody has to click the whole thing through a browser in the evening, and everything travels on the same order instead of chasing several suppliers.

Supplying end customers? Send us a delivery address that differs from your own. We then ship straight to your customer in neutral packaging — the parcel gives nothing away about where it came from. For marketplace sellers that means a part does not have to sit on your shelf for you to sell it. We ship worldwide with DHL Paket and DHL Express, and what shipping costs to which country is published up front. Your calculation is settled before you even connect the interface.

What you are actually connecting

The whole catalogue, not a slice of it. Spare parts and tuning form the largest block, alongside tyres, tools and workshop equipment, clothing and helmets, accessories and luggage, oils and chemicals. Motorcycles are covered as thoroughly as automatic scooters, mopeds, geared mopeds and classic Vespa — including machines that others dropped long ago. Malossi, Polini, Naraku, KOSO, Athena, AFAM, D.I.D, Arrow and RMS are all in there.

Access is for the trade

Prices, stock levels and delivery times are not sitting out in the open here — not in the shop, not through the interface. They become visible with an approved dealer account, and you create the access for your integration inside it yourself. Your developer or your agency plugs it in, and that is the job done. Our shop is available to you in nine languages, in case your team does not work in English alone.

We supply the trade only. Send us your business registration and apply for your dealer account — we will take it from there.
