How to get started with dropshipping.
You look after your customers and sell the parts. We ship the ordered goods directly to the customer address you provide.
Add dropshipping
Subscribe under ‘Subscriptions’ in the customer portal or arrange activation with our sales team.
Prepare your order
Set up your payment method and any technical integration you need. Check stock, delivery times and order costs.
Deliver directly to your customer
Heavy Tuned ships to your customers without its own advertising. You remain responsible for customer support and returns.
The terms

These fees apply to the additional dropshipping service, not to standard dealer registration. All prices are net, excluding VAT.
Monthly payment
€50 / month
+ €50 one-time setup fee
Can be cancelled monthly.
Goods and shipping charged separately per order.
Annual payment
€480 / year
+ €50 one-time setup fee
Equivalent to €40 per month, paid annually in advance.
€120 less than twelve monthly payments.
Additional order costs: Goods and shipping are not included in the base fee. Shipping costs depend on the order and weight. The costs and terms shown for your order apply.
Cancellation and use: Can be cancelled monthly, including with annual payment. Fees already paid are not refunded. You can continue using the service until the end of the paid period.
Returns: You handle returns yourself as the dealer.

Who can use dropshipping?
The service is for trade dealers and resellers with an approved Heavy Tuned dealer account. Dropshipping is booked separately.
Is shipping neutral?
Yes. Orders are delivered directly to your customers without Heavy Tuned advertising.
What does the first month cost?
With monthly payment, the €50 setup fee and €50 monthly fee total €100 net, excluding VAT. Goods and applicable order and shipping costs are extra. With annual payment, the initial fee is €530 net for setup and twelve months of base fees.
What happens after cancellation?
You can cancel monthly. Paid fees are not refunded. The service remains available until the end of your paid period – with annual payment, until the end of that annual period.
Who handles returns?
As the dealer, you handle returns with your customers yourself.
